Pet Service Pros may offer optional paid features, upgrades, or subscription services that allow service providers to enhance the visibility of their listing, access additional tools, or receive increased exposure within the directory. Use of any paid feature is voluntary, and service providers who choose to purchase an upgrade agree to the terms described in this policy. Pet Service Pros does not guarantee the volume, frequency, quality, or outcome of any leads, inquiries, or business opportunities that may result from a paid feature. All payments made for upgrades or subscriptions are for access to platform features only and not for the performance or outcome of any services provided by independent businesses.

Service providers are responsible for ensuring that all payment information submitted to the platform is accurate, complete, and authorized. By submitting payment information, the provider authorizes Pet Service Pros or its designated payment processor to charge the applicable fees for the selected service. Fees may be billed as a one‑time payment, recurring subscription, or renewal charge depending on the nature of the selected feature. Providers acknowledge that subscription‑based services may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation procedures described at the time of purchase.

Pet Service Pros may send reminders, confirmations, or renewal notices as a courtesy, but is not obligated to do so and is not responsible for any missed communications related to billing or subscription status. Providers are responsible for monitoring their account, reviewing billing information, and ensuring that payment methods remain valid. Failure to maintain an active and valid payment method may result in suspension or removal of paid features without refund. Pet Service Pros may modify pricing, introduce new features, or discontinue existing features at its discretion. Any changes to pricing or service structure will apply to future billing cycles unless otherwise stated.

All payments made to Pet Service Pros are nonrefundable unless a refund is required by applicable law. Providers acknowledge that the platform does not guarantee business results, lead volume, customer conversions, or revenue outcomes, and that refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with performance, visibility, or the number of inquiries received. Providers further acknowledge that Pet Service Pros does not participate in or oversee any transactions between pet owners and service providers and is not responsible for any disputes, cancellations, or service outcomes that may affect a provider’s perception of value.

Pet Service Pros may suspend or terminate access to paid features if a provider violates platform policies, submits misleading or harmful information, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to users or the integrity of the directory. Suspension or termination for policy violations does not entitle the provider to a refund. Providers are responsible for canceling their subscription before the next billing cycle if they do not wish to continue using a paid feature. Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal has processed will apply to the next billing cycle.

Use of paid features signifies acknowledgment that Pet Service Pros provides access to platform tools only and does not guarantee business outcomes or service performance. Providers agree to hold Pet Service Pros harmless from any claims, disputes, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from payments, billing activity, or the use of paid features.
