Users and service providers acknowledge that they do not acquire any ownership rights in the platform or its content by accessing or using the service. Any use of the platform’s intellectual property without prior written permission from Pet Service Pros is prohibited.
Users and service providers may access and use the platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with platform policies. This limited license allows users to browse listings, submit inquiries, post reviews, and manage account information. Service providers may use the platform to manage their listings, respond to inquiries, and access optional paid features. This license continues for as long as the content remains on the platform. Providers represent that they have the legal right to submit all content they provide and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
User‑submitted reviews, comments, and other content remain the property of the user who created them.
