By accessing, browsing, or using the website or any related services, all users, vendors, and visitors agree to be bound by the terms contained herein. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of all provisions in this document.

1. Platform Overview

Pet Service Pros operates an online directory and lead‑generation service that enables pet owners to locate and contact independent pet service providers. Pet Service Pros is not a pet service provider and does not employ, endorse, supervise, or guarantee any vendor listed on the platform. All vendors operate independently and are solely responsible for their services, conduct, and compliance with applicable laws.

2. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information when creating accounts, submitting inquiries, or interacting with the platform. Users agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Spamming or abusive messaging
  • Scraping or unauthorized data collection
  • Impersonation or fraudulent activity
  • Attempts to bypass paid features or lead systems
  • Interference with platform functionality

Pet Service Pros may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Maintain required licenses, permits, or certifications
  • Deliver services in a professional and lawful manner
  • Use customer information only to respond to the specific inquiry
  • Not add leads to marketing lists without explicit consent
  • Not circumvent or attempt to circumvent paid features, lead systems, or upgrade structures

Vendors acknowledge that Pet Service Pros may monitor lead activity for quality control, fraud prevention, and platform integrity.

4. Lead Submission & Information Sharing

When a user submits a service request or lead form, Pet Service Pros collects the information entered into the form, including:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Service details
  • Location information

This information is shared only with the vendor(s) selected by the user for the purpose of responding to the service request. Vendors may use this information solely to respond to the inquiry and may not use it for unrelated marketing or any unauthorized purpose.

5. Information We Collect

Pet Service Pros collects:

Information provided voluntarily

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers
  • Business information and listing details
  • Photos, descriptions, and messages
  • Vendor profile data

Payment information

Processed securely by third‑party payment processors. Pet Service Pros does not store payment card details.

  • Pages visited and time spent on the site

7. SMS Terms & Conditions (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

Pet Service Pros may send SMS messages to users and vendors for purposes directly related to platform activity, including but not limited to:

  • Responding to service inquiries
  • Appointment coordination
  • Vendor communication
  • Account or listing notifications
  • Lead delivery and follow‑up messages

By submitting a service request, creating an account, contacting Pet Service Pros, or otherwise providing a phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to your inquiry or account activity.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on activity.

Opt‑Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying:

STOP

After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Pet Service Pros unless you initiate a new inquiry or opt in again.

8. How We Use Information

Pet Service Pros uses collected information to:

Pet Service Pros does not sell personal information.

9. Payments, Billing & Refunds

Paid listing upgrades, subscriptions, and lead packages are billed immediately. All payments are processed by third‑party providers.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered only in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical errors
  • Exceptional circumstances

Vendors may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation does not entitle the vendor to a refund for previously processed payments.

10. Reviews & User Content

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. The following are prohibited:

  • Fake or incentivized reviews
  • Retaliatory or defamatory reviews
  • Misleading or harmful content

Pet Service Pros may remove reviews that violate guidelines or undermine platform integrity.

Vendors may respond to reviews but must do so professionally and without harassment or retaliation.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Users and vendors may not:

  • Post harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Harass or abuse others
  • Upload copyrighted or unauthorized materials
  • Manipulate rankings or reviews
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

Pet Service Pros may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

12. Disclaimers

Pet Service Pros does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy or completeness of listings
  • Availability or quality of services
  • Safety or reliability of providers
  • Any specific outcome of services

All listings and platform content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

All interactions between users and vendors occur at their own risk. Pet Service Pros is not responsible for disputes, damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from services provided by vendors or from interactions between users and vendors.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Service Pros is not liable for any:

  • Damages
  • Losses
  • Injuries
  • Claims
  • Service failures
  • Misconduct by vendors or users

Our total liability will not exceed $100 or the amount paid to Pet Service Pros in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

Users and vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pet Service Pros, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Their use of the platform
  • Their business activities
  • Their interactions with others
  • Their violation of these terms

15. Account Suspension & Termination

Pet Service Pros may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Abuse or harassment
  • Non‑payment

16. Data Retention & User Rights
